TIA She was another homeless dog in Miami Dade County, but a guardian angel found her and gave her a place to stay. Her foster Tuti has been keeping her safe and truly loved. Tuti has gone above and beyond to make sure Tia received the best care possible Tia dealt with some medical issues, but we took care of her and made sure she was healthy again. She was fully vetted, she is heartworm negative and spayed She was transported yesterday to Paws Crossed Inc and we know that Tia will be adopted in a flash because she is an incredible girl. Sweet, loving, gets along great with other dogs, behaves and is a gorgeous pocket pittie that wants to love and please you all the time So happy for Tia and so thankful to her adoptive rescue because we know they will make sure she goes to the best adopter possible and they will spoil her while she waits for her furever home Teamwork ALWAYS saves lives!!! ... NAYSAYERS/NEGATIVE PEOPLE-this dog has been on the street for about 2+ years. Yes, you see pledges but that does not mean all of $800 would be collected. Dog has to go to vet for full check up to include complete blood work, X-rays, medical boarding. THEN if we don’t have a rescue or foster that can handle a dog that’s been on the street for so long and THEN will more than likely be labeled aggressive because she scared shitless, which means NO RESCUE WILL TAKE THE LIABILITY, then what. Oh and if that leg needs surgery OR amputation that’s about $2500+ so we could potentially be looking at a dog that will cost about $5000 been there done that and we still haven’t recovered. Oh yes and if there is no foster or rescue then $105+ per week for boarding. Tell me, what would you do? Don’t tell us you would take her but “I live too far away,” “my own dogs don’t like other dogs or I would take her in a heartbeat” my favorite, “I have too many dogs or I would take her immediately.” STOP CLOGGING UP THE THREAD WE NEED A REALISTIC SOLUTION FOR THIS BABY. Please and thank you. Signed Cheryl Jackson President RESCUE NEEDED This dog was hit by a car and needs immediate help. We do not have the resources to help this girl at this time, but she cannot stay injured, in pain and alone. Please send us a message if you are able to help ... See more
